Keep track of what and when you ate it. No fancy classifiers and complex forms. Just a few simple fields to fill: approximate time of meal and its content. Dumb as can be.

Different days, different principles

We know that the days are not the same, and so are the principles. Work-out-day diet isn't the same as a vacation diet. Neither is "I-spent-the-whole-day-running-errands-in-a-city" diet. We respect that. That's why we keep track what the day was, so you can have a better understanding of your dietary habits
