No-BS [food] Log is a simple food logging application that allows you to track your eating habits through:

• Simple "when" and "what" food logging
• Messaging bot integrations (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger)
• Daily context tracking
• Data sharing and export features
• AI-powered message interpretation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You May

• Use the Service for personal food logging and tracking
• Share your data with healthcare providers, coaches, or friends as you choose
• Export your data for use with other services

4.2 You May Not

• Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share false or misleading food logging information with healthcare providers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• Subscription pricing is displayed on our website and during the checkout process
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• Prices may change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due in advance for each subscription period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• We use third-party payment processors who may have additional terms
• Free trials may be provided with annual subscriptions or certain payment arrangements
• Trial terms, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during signup

5.3 Refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual subscriptions from initial subscription date
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
• The money-back guarantee is limited to one use per customer
• Refund requests must be made by contactingsupport@nobslog.com within 30 days
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• After 30 days, all subscriptions are non-refundable

5.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods (except within 30-day guarantee)

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

• You own the food logging data you create
• We process your data according to our Privacy Policy
• You can export your data at any time
• You can delete your account and data at any time

6.2 AI Processing

• Your messages may be processed using AI services to interpret food logging requests
• This processing helps convert natural language into structured food log entries
• AI processing is subject to our Privacy Policy

7. Messaging Integrations

7.1 Third-Party Platforms

• Messaging features require accounts on third-party platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger)
• You must comply with the terms of service of these platforms
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies or availability

7.2 Message Processing

• Messages sent to our bots are processed to create food log entries
• We do not monitor or review your messages except for technical support purposes
• Messages may be retained according to our data retention policy

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Planned maintenance will be announced when possible
• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions

8.2 Service Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Significant changes affecting core functionality will be communicated via email
• We may add new features without notice

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

• No-BS [food] Log owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, and trademarks
• These Terms do not grant you ownership rights to the Service

• You grant us a license to process and store your data to provide the Service
• This license terminates when you delete your data or account

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-processed food logging interpretations
• The Service is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice

10.2 Liability Limits

• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

11. Health and Medical Disclaimers

11.1 Not Medical Advice

• No-BS [food] Log is a food logging tool, not a medical device or health service
• The Service does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice
• Consult healthcare professionals for medical or nutritional guidance

11.2 Data Accuracy

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your food logging entries
• AI interpretation of messages may contain errors
• Always review and correct food log entries as needed

12. Termination

12.1 By You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination does not entitle you to refunds (except within 30-day guarantee)
• You may export your data before termination

12.2 By Us

• We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days' notice
• In case of Service termination, we will provide data export tools

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Georgian law
• Any disputes will be resolved in Georgian courts

13.2 Informal Resolution

• Before filing any legal action, contact us atsupport@nobslog.com to resolve disputes
• We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days

14. Changes to Terms

• Material changes will be notified via email and in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

• Changes take effect 30 days after notification
• If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription

• These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings

15.2 Severability
